Hey girl, I just hope that he is your husband. But my gut tell me that if he is your husband, he will not do that to you in front of many people in the train. From my point of view, he is not doing sweet thing, but he is making a disgusting act infront of other. Eventhough you love him, you should not let him do that to you.
From my view, i can see he is kissing your hand and your shoulder, hold your upper arm and many other things. I dont know what to say. But Hey girl, I surely he dont know how to respect you as a women. He should know the do and donts when you couple. And the most important is when you are a Muslim.
Hey man with blue stripe short sleeve, please change your attitude! If you think you are okay with it, please do it somewhere else where no one can see you. Go to see a doctor man, you have a problem with your brain because you cant think properly.
